Real estate transactions on land plots (residential and commercial) accounted for the largest share during the month of Rajab 1438H, amounting to 15.4 billion riyals and a percentage of about 87% of the total value, followed by agricultural land transactions worth 1.01 billion riyals.
As for the most active cities in terms of the value of residential real estate deals during the month of Rajab, Riyadh was the highest with deals worth 3.97 billion riyals, a decrease of 2% compared to the same month last year, followed by the Makkah region with about 2.2 billion riyals, an increase of 23%.
