Housing construction factories provide 100 job opportunities for Saudi men and women

The Ministry of Housing spokesperson Saif Al-Suwailem revealed in a press interview that the factories building housing units with modern technologies that will be established in the Kingdom will provide 100 job opportunities for Saudi men and women over the next five years.

Suwailem added that the cost of construction through these modern technologies is less than the cost of traditional construction by 30 %. <Al-Suwailem added that the cost of construction through these modern technologies is up to 30 percent lower than the cost of traditional construction. Yesterday, the Ministry of Housing signed a contract to establish the first factory specialized in building housing units with modern construction techniques in Dammam, to be followed by the establishment of a number of other factories with the same volume of productivity of the Dammam factory with an annual pumping of 7 thousand housing units.

Suwailem added that the cost of construction through these modern technologies is less than the cost of traditional construction by 30 %.
