<The number of properties sold to foreigners in Turkey during the past month amounted to 1,926 properties. The Saudis ranked first with 612 properties, followed by Iraqis with 239, Kuwaitis with 136, Russians with 115 and Britons with 87 properties, Istanbul topped the list of states in real estate sales to foreigners with 903 properties, followed by Antalya with 408, Bursa with 93, Aydin with 77, Ankara with 68 and Mugla with 60 properties.

For its part, the Turkish Statistical Institute explained that the demand for buying real estate in Turkey continues as an indicator of investor confidence and the attractive Turkish climate, noting that real estate sales to foreigners recorded a rise of 24.8% in June compared to the same month last year, and the statistics stated that the total number of properties sold to foreigners.
