Riyadh was the most active city in terms of the value of residential real estate transactions during the month of Shawwal. In terms of commercial deals, Jeddah was the most active city, where the value of deals that took place during Shawwal amounted to about 2.5 billion riyals, up by 144% compared to the same month last year.
