The reality and suffering of housing
A survey conducted by Emlak newspaper on the opinions of those looking for housing for a family revealed the extent of the situation and the real suffering. Among the most prominent of these sufferings are the narrowness of the dwelling, the narrowness of the street, the narrowness of the rooms, the narrowness of the pool, the narrowness of the driver's room, the narrowness of the entrance, the narrowness of the parking lot and the congestion of the place.
The survey team stood stunned during its tour of some real estate developers in Riyadh and witnessed the unbelievable, where the chaos in the Riyadh Municipality, which issues those licenses and real estate developers.
We mean in this talk only the villas that the head of the family needs when his family grows a little, most of those projects carried out by these floundering developers who are looking for profit in an unscientific way and without marketing studies on consumer desires and actual needs from the ground. Where there are small villas and duplexes, which are more like graves, and the welfare and safety of the family is completely absent, where swimming pools are deep pits that lack scientific foundations, and if the generous homeowner stretches his hands and legs, he would touch the four walls of the pool. Not to mention the guard's room that he cannot enter it with the door of his room and if he enters he cannot raise his head except sitting or bent over, so how is the situation when parking with these small villas whether parking a car or family cars.
How many real estate developers have fallen and how many of this quality are in prisons and how many companies and developers we have seen and disappeared and how many we have seen who have been kind to the Lord of the Worlds and survived and they are few, so why continue adventures and play with this money. Whoever walks in Riyadh, Jeddah or major important cities sees this frightening reality, how many buildings are completely empty, how many of them are dying, how many of them flourished, then deteriorated and then abandoned, is not this money for which they will be asked, so where is the good person who stands on these riches that if they were moved to live poor cities. Where are the real estate committees in the chambers of commerce, why don't they move so that these places are not epidemics that destroy the city and disturb the luxury of living, the matter needs a pause and a comprehensive review to preserve the rights of the homeland and the citizen.
