Last week, the Minister of Justice, Sheikh Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, directed the formation of a higher committee for ”digital transformation” in the ministry, with the aim of achieving excellence in services and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness to serve the beneficiaries.
The ministry said <The ministry said: “The judicial departments covered by the technical systems have been electronically linked to the information center in Riyadh, and the number of courts operating the electronic digital system has reached (557) courts in all regions of the Kingdom, and the number of notaries operating electronically reached (179) first notaries and (311) second notaries, to complete the technical system by 100%.“

The Ministry of Justice explained that the completion of the electronic coverage of the judicial authorities allows ”facilitating services for beneficiaries, saving their time, speeding up litigation procedures, shortening the notarization procedures, facilitating the beneficiary's access to all his documents and transactions with the ministry, speeding up the execution of judgments, reliability of data and information, and working to finalize transactions easily and conveniently.”
