The Real Estate Development Fund has launched a beneficiary care account (@RedfKsaCC) on Twitter to receive beneficiaries" inquiries and questions around the clock, while more than 4,000 followers have registered since its first launch.
<p class="p3The official spokesperson for the Real Estate Development Fund, Hamoud Al-Osaimi, explained that the activation of the beneficiary care account is part of the Fund's development and improvement plans to serve its beneficiaries 24 hours a day, stressing the continued demand for citizens (beneficiaries) to book their appointments electronically at the Subsidized Finance Beneficiaries Care Centers in preparation for obtaining housing finance.The Beneficiary Care Center acts as a link between the beneficiary and the financing entities participating in the "Subsidized Finance" program, facilitating the task of obtaining the appropriate financing for the citizen from the bank he wishes to deal with without the trouble of searching, and on his behalf, issuing initial approvals from real estate financiers.
One of the tasks that the center works on is overcoming the obstacles that the beneficiary faces with the financing authorities, until he obtains subsidized financing, in addition to responding to citizens' inquiries and complaints, which are reviewed, developing radical solutions to them, monitoring changes in the patterns of communications, to find out the causes of complaints, and proposing corrective initiatives to raise the level of service.He said that the main role of the Beneficiary Care Center is to be a consultant to the citizen in the first degree, in terms of providing the most appropriate financing path for him, according to the status of his credit record and his financial capabilities, to speed up his ownership of the appropriate housing.
