Earlier this week, the Administrative Court in Riyadh overturned the Real Estate Fund's decision to transfer beneficiaries to commercial banks and obligated it to lend each affected person 500 thousand riyals from its capital according to the procedures previously in force before the start of the housing support regulation issued by Cabinet Resolution No. 82 dated 5/3/1435 H, and the rulings were considered final and enforceable.
