A large number of citizens and jurists praised the Ministry of Justice's implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz - may God protect him - to “apply the law to everyone, whoever he is.”

The echoes of canceling large, forged and illegally extracted deeds have become the talk of the Saudi street, whether in councils or through social networking sites during the past period, where they explained that the Ministry of Justice applied the King's directives to apply the system to everyone without exception, including real estate tycoons and brokers from big commercial names in real estate trading and marketing institutions and companies.

According to the sources, the Ministry of Justice has stopped and canceled (suspected) deeds of forgery and violation of regulations in their issuance with areas of more than (920) million square meters in various regions and governorates of the Kingdom.

<The sources explained that the Ministry of Justice referred thousands of suspicious sukuk to the Court of Appeals to consider canceling them if they deserve cancellation, as the appeal canceled some of them and the rest are still being considered. The market value of the canceled sukuk is close to more than 800 billion riyals.
