Saudi investors pumped about 3 billion dirhams into the Dubai real estate market during the first nine months of 2018, according to an official statement from the Dubai Land Department that the number of investors in that period reached 1882 real estate investors, ranking fourth in the list of the largest investors in Dubai real estate.

Statistics indicate that the total real estate investments in Dubai during the first nine-month period amounted to about 50 billion dirhams, from 163 nationalities, led by Emiratis, then Indians, British, followed by Saudis.

According to an official statement by the Dubai Land Department, the number of investors in that period was 1882, ranking fourth on the list of the largest investors in Dubai real estate.
