Argan Projects, a company specialized in the development of integrated residential neighborhoods, launched its new marketing campaign under the slogan "Enough Rent!", to start selling the second phase of Argan apartments in Manazel Cordoba 1, northeast of Riyadh, where the campaign aims to own apartments instead of continuing to rent to enhance family stability.
On this occasion, the CEO and Managing Director of Arjaan Projects Company, Eng. Iyad Al Bunyan, pointed out that Arjaan has completed the sale of 350 apartments in the first phase and is now opening up ownership opportunities in the second phase through the "Enough Rent!" campaign.
It is worth mentioning that the Cordoba 1 homes project consists of 1298 villas and apartments, located northeast of Riyadh on Khalid bin Al-Waleed Road, where all villas (318 villas) have been sold in addition to the sale of the first phase of residential apartments, and the project is characterized by its strategic location and proximity to universities, health centers as well as shopping and entertainment centers.
Arjan Projects Company, which won the development of the Riyadh Housing Project (among five other companies), announced the addition of the new project, which represents one of the channels of partnership with the government sector, to its plans to develop residential projects in various cities of the Kingdom, and this step comes after the Ministry of Housing announced the companies that won the bid to develop the first joint housing project between the public and private sector, and thus a launch for joint projects with the Ministry, and a prelude to a series of residential projects that will contribute to accelerating the pace of housing development due to the concerted efforts of development companies with the Ministry of Housing, as Arjan plans to develop the project.
Founded in 2006, Arjan Projects' strategy focuses on specializing in developing integrated residential neighborhoods that include multiple types of villas and apartments in an environment that includes supporting services, including mosques, schools, commercial and recreational centers, in addition to allocating green spaces that reflect the health and aesthetic aspect of the company's projects.
