The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) revealed that the value of the projects offered in the “Forsa” platform, part of the Nine Tenths program, exceeded SR 416 million, while the number of registered establishments in the platform increased to 8645 establishments. (Investment projects)
<The Nine Tenths Program, launched by HADAF in August 2016, aims to support entrepreneurship and small and medium enterprises through a package of e-services launched by the program, and the program's portal provides the following e-platforms: (Fursa, Tejar, Imdad, Bahr, Kanaf, Zad, Atwar, Doors), with the aim of changing the work culture of individuals and society by encouraging and supporting entrepreneurship and small and medium enterprises, and enabling individuals to create new jobs in innovative ways.
Nine-tenths services include. The services provided by the program's electronic platforms include an interactive guide for entrepreneurs at all stages of their projects from idea to launch, a number of financing solutions to serve viable enterprises, as well as providing services and applications for the management, development and operation of small and medium enterprises, and providing enterprises and entrepreneurs with data and information to help them make important decisions for their businesses.
The services provided by the program's electronic platforms include Nine Tenths program services include an accelerator to refine business ideas and receive mentorship and support to grow them, “Tijar” platform to serve home-based businesses and business owners, “Bahar” platform that brings together freelancers with employers to complete projects quickly and efficiently, and “Forsa” platform that gives beneficiaries the opportunity to compete for orders placed by the program's partners.
The Nine Tenths program is one of the most popular programs in the UAE. The “Nine Tenths” program is one of the initiatives of the Human Resources Development Fund, as part of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Program, by creating and improving the work environment in the labor market for small and medium enterprises, developing them to make them job-producing enterprises and a more attractive environment for Saudis, as well as encouraging the entrepreneurial environment to build promising small and medium enterprises.
Nine Tenths is one of the initiatives of the Human Resources Development Fund.
