Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, Minister of Justice and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Enforcement Center, inaugurated the official headquarters of the Center in the presence of Sheikh Saad Al-Saif, Deputy Minister of Justice, Engineer Thamer Al-Saadoun, CEO of the National Transformation Program and a number of leaders of the Ministry of Justice.<He reviewed the “liquidation journey” starting from receiving referrals to the return of funds and rights to beneficiaries, the role of the various sectors and the governance regulations followed in ensuring quality and raising the satisfaction of beneficiaries, and reviewed the achievements of the center in the sale, liquidation and service of beneficiaries during the past year.The establishment of the Enforcement Center is one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program aimed at achieving excellence in government performance, raising the efficiency of the judicial system and its services, and has financial and administrative independence aimed at achieving cooperation between judicial and government agencies in the tasks related to liquidation and sale, by assigning them to the private sector in a transparent and competitive manner, contributing to preserving the value of assets and quickly satisfying beneficiaries of their rights, as well as raising the Kingdom's global ranking in the performance of the justice system.
The center succeeded through the automation of liquidation processes and linking them electronically with enforcement courts and government agencies The center was able to effectively engage the private sector in contributing and benefiting from the liquidation processes as renewed economic opportunities, as the number of commercial establishments registered in the center reached more than 1000 establishments, including legal accounting, valuation, engineering, legal, marketing, property management and management consultancy services.
The center currently provides a range of services related to sale and liquidation, including judicial liquidations assigned to it from the courts of execution and personal status, liquidation of government property, as well as consensual liquidation provided to the heirs of the heirs of the heirs.
