Muzaini Real Estate Company, the real estate developer of the East Gate project, announced the start of the final inspection procedures in preparation for the delivery of residential units to the beneficiaries of the project for about 1000 residential units, to be completed successively to deliver the remaining units according to a specific timetable.

The CEO of Al Muzaini Real Estate Company, Engineer Wissam Damiati, stated that the final inspection procedures have started for the final delivery to the beneficiaries of about 1000 ready housing units, which constitute the first installment of the number of residential units in the project.<According to the CEO, based on the circulars of the National Housing Company and the Off-plan Sale and Leasing Committee (Wafi), the delivery dates of off-plan real estate units have been extended for (six months) based on the approval of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.

Engineer Wissam added that the project management is now working to complete some service facilities including gardens, as well as coordination with some relevant government agencies to complete some services, as the company has implemented all electricity and water extensions, and the Saudi Electricity Company and the National Water Company are expected to deliver the water supply to the project. The land for the schools has been released to the Ministry of Education pending their approval of the company's initiative to build them.

The CEO concluded his statement with his thanks and appreciation to the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing for its efforts for the residential sector and real estate development in Saudi Arabia and what it provides to overcome difficulties for real estate developers represented in all committees, programs and sectors of the Ministry from the off-plan sales program “Wafi” and the real estate developer services program “Completion"
