The “Sakani” program announced that the average completion rates in Riyadh residential projects for units under construction increased to 93% in some projects, while the completion rates in some projects reached 100%, and a number of beneficiary families began handing over their units according to the timetables by the real estate developers of the projects, within the efforts of the “Sakani” program to enable its beneficiaries from Saudi families to own the first home with the aim of reaching 70% by 2030 according to the targets of the housing program - one of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 - programs.
“Sakani” explained that the “Al-Jawhara Buildings” project located in the suburb of Al-Jawan, north of Riyadh - fully developed by the National Housing Company in partnership with a number of developers - has reached 100% and the project provides 112 housing units, while a number of A number of residential projects for units under construction recorded completion rates exceeding 93%, including “Diyar Al Saad” project, which provides 577 housing units, in addition to “Maali Anan” project, which provides 440 housing units, “Riyadh Housing 1”, which includes 168 units, and ”Dawawin Al Jazeera“.
While the completion rate of the ”Shams Al Diyar“ project has reached 88% and the project includes 503 villas and townhouses, while the ”Eshraq Living“ project, located in Al-Jawan suburb, has a completion rate of 80% and the number of units reaches 2229 units; Al-Jawan suburb is witnessing a huge urban movement after the generous directive from His Highness the Crown Prince - may God protect him - to double the area of the residential suburb to 30 million square meters to accommodate 73 thousand housing units.
The Riyadh region is witnessing the implementation of about 24 residential projects distributed north, west and east of the city and provides more than 31,000 housing units of various designs and spaces within a modern residential environment that provides a lifestyle that complies with the standards of quality of life with its diverse designs and spaces to meet the needs of the Saudi family, and the residential projects of the residential program include areas dedicated to parks, green spaces, government, commercial, recreational and health facilities, to provide an attractive environment in which the components of quality of life are integrated.It is noteworthy that the application and website of ”Sakani" allows booking and reviewing more than 144 thousand housing units within 102 projects in various regions and cities of the Kingdom, in addition to 223 residential plans that provide 180,537 residential land, in addition to providing a range of housing services with easy electronic procedures starting from immediate entitlement, issuing quotes, benefiting from the real estate consultant service, choosing typical engineering designs for self-builders, issuing building permits electronically, electronic waiver of housing support between spouses, electronic financing service and other services.
