<The National Housing Company (NHC) launched today the “Riwa” and ”Mila” projects in the suburbs of Al Jawan in Riyadh and Khayyala in Jeddah to enhance the residential real estate supply in Riyadh and Jeddah, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, in the presence of His Excellency the Governor of Jeddah, Mr. Saleh bin Ali Al Turki, via video call from the comprehensive Sakani Center in Jeddah Governorate.
The Riwa residential project, which extends over an area of more than 780 thousand m2, provides about 1060 units under construction within the work of the second phase of the Mersiya project, located in the suburb north of Riyadh, while the Mila project includes 819 villas under construction located on an area of more than 400 thousand m2 within the Khiala suburb north of Jeddah, and is implemented by “The reservation in the ”Rawa“ residential project will be available at the interactive center located in the large residential suburb of Al Jawan, while the reservation in the ”Mila“ project will be at the comprehensive residential center in Jeddah, to view the details of the project and benefit from the financing options offered by ”Residential“ to the beneficiaries.

He noted that the National Housing Company aims within its expansion plans to provide more integrated housing projects to meet the aspirations of Saudi families and enhance the growth of the real estate supply in the Kingdom in partnership with private sector real estate developers by finding appropriate solutions for Saudi families to obtain appropriate housing at the right price and quality, to enhance the market balance by supporting and enabling the real estate supply, while providing a new concept of modern housing according to the highest quality of life standards, expressing the happiness of the work system in Jeddah Municipality for these projects which he described as distinctive to ensure quality urban planning and reduce informalities.
