<The Ministry of Commerce revealed that (42,639) thousand partners" decisions and incorporation contracts for companies were documented, of which (33,095) were documented electronically, representing 78% of the total partners" decisions and incorporation contracts that were documented during the period from : 1/7/2020 to 31/7/2021.
The Riyadh region topped the list of regions in documenting incorporation contracts and partners" decisions electronically with 6,818 incorporation contracts and 10,213 partners" decisions, followed by the Makkah region with 2,631 incorporation contracts and 5,816 partners" decisions, then the Eastern region with 1,442 incorporation contracts and 3,123 partners" decisions.
