Minister of Justice directs electronic real estate clearance through 17 local and foreign banks

Minister of Justice Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani has directed to make electronic emptying available through additional banks, bringing the total number of available banks to 17 local and foreign banks licensed by the Saudi Central Bank.

The Ministry of Justice explained that as of today, it has made the electronic real estate emptying service available through 10 local banks and 7 foreign banks, in cooperation with the Saudi Central Bank.

The Ministry indicated that the list of banks and banks includes Al-Bilad Bank, Riyadh, Saudi British Bank, Al-Jazira, Saudi Investment Bank, Arab National Bank, Saudi Fransi, Al-Inmaa, Al-Rajhi, Al-Ahli and Samba Banks (now National Bank of Saudi Arabia), Kuwait National Bank, Muscat, Bahrain, BNP, Gulf International, JP Morgan, TC Ziraat Bancasi, and in cooperation with the Saudi Central Bank.“

The Ministry of Justice said that starting today, the service is available through 10 local banks and 7 foreign banks, in cooperation with the Saudi Central Bank. The Ministry emphasized that the expansion of the service through the new banks aims to serve a larger number of beneficiaries by allowing them to deposit the amounts of real estate transactions in their bank accounts in an integrated electronic process starting from the acceptance of the parties to the transaction, the transfer of the amount to the seller and the transfer of ownership of the property to the buyer in an integrated electronic manner, through the Najiz portal najiz.sa, without human intervention and without any need to visit the bank or notary to complete the transaction.
