Banan Real Estate Company's Ordinary General Assembly approved during its meeting yesterday, Wednesday, to distribute interim cash dividends to shareholders at 2.5% (equivalent to SAR 0.25 per share) for the first half of fiscal year 2021.

The company explained in a statement on “Tadawul”, that the Assembly also approved authorizing the Board of Directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-/quarterly basis for fiscal year 2021.
