As usual, in the economic press, we take advantage of the happy national occasions to recall the fruitful harvest that the Saudi people have reaped during the period in question or the date assigned to the celebration; in order to give the wise leadership its rightful gratitude for what has been achieved, through the achievements that we see in front of us as a witness that speaks the language of numbers.

<On the occasion of the seventh anniversary of the pledge of allegiance to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God protect him, we must bite the roots of the gains that stand tall in the real estate sector in general, and the residential sector in particular. The anniversary of the pledge of allegiance to King Salman, may God protect him, over the years, brings with it the glory made by the wise leadership by consolidating the Kingdom's leading role in all forums (local, international and regional); until our country became an important center in the manufacture and formulation of the global economy, and the indicators are many and do not lose sight of the specialists and experts, so we hope that the private sector will work at a faster pace in keeping pace with government initiatives and projects proposed, when the leadership points to the chandelier we must not look at the front of its index finger.
