The "Najiz" app offers many features; users need only log in once to access any service they require, which simplifies the process and saves them time, The app also eliminates the need for users—including citizens, residents, and businesses—to visit judicial offices in person.
The Ministry noted that the app includes 58 judicial services, most notably case-related services for inquiring about cases and case proceedings, as well as real estate and power-of-attorney services, as well as services for verifying judicial licenses, the validity of marriage certificates, real estate deeds, and powers of attorney; inquiring about judicial licenses and marriage contracts; and services for judicial communication and scheduling appointments.
The Ministry of Justice had launched the "Najiz" app as part of its plan for digital transformation and the expansion of all its e-services, and the “Najiz” app and portal have contributed to a qualitative leap in the Ministry’s services by digitizing many of the services provided to beneficiaries to facilitate their access, uphold the principle of prompt justice, and safeguard rights through the best technical solutions.
