“Housing“ selects five companies for the North Riyadh project and amends the terms of partnership with real estate developers

<The Ministry of Housing has finalized the partnership file between the Ministry of Housing and the real estate sector, represented by real estate development companies specialized in the housing sector in the North Riyadh project, which includes 830 apartments. By choosing five real estate development companies to implement the project; where the five real estate development companies, which have distinguished experience in the housing development market, committed to completing the entire project 20 months after receiving the actual land site, provided that they market all apartments whose prices will be suitable for beneficiaries of the Real Estate Development Fund loans and the housing support program, as follows: Marketing half of the number of housing units (apartments) before receiving the land, and marketing the other half two months after receiving the land,

In the second phase, the Ministry of Housing invited real estate developers who are willing to implement housing projects on the Ministry of Housing land in several cities (Medina, Jeddah, Dammam, Qatif) to submit their offers to design, market and build housing units within multi-storey residential buildings.

Ministry of Housing plans to market half of the number of housing units (apartments) before receiving the land, and market the other half after two months of receipt. In the same direction, the Ministry of Housing, within the partnership program with the private sector (real estate developers), intends to change a number of previously announced requirements, and the new changes include the four cities and are represented in reducing the maintenance years from ten to five years, rescheduling financial payments to developers, and limiting the external parking for residential buildings to be suitable for the number of apartments...
