Prince Mohammed bin Salman directs to organize LEAP conference and exhibition annually

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, directed that LEAP Conference and Exhibition be held annually in the Kingdom.

His Excellency Eng. Abdullah Al-Sawah, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, announced this in a tweet on his official Twitter account: "After the overwhelming success of the Leap Conference, with the support and guidance of His Highness the Crown Prince, who made the Kingdom the undisputed technical and digital capital of the region, His Highness directed that the Leap Conference be an annual conference. See you at Leap 2023."

As part of its ongoing endeavor as part of Vision 2030, Riyadh hosted the Leap Conference, which brings together the global technology community under one roof.

The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing signed today three memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with Mobily, STC and Saudi Technical Control and Security Company, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al Haqeel, on the sidelines of the LEAP International Technical Conference, where the Ministry was represented by Ali bin Hadi Rajhi, Deputy of Digital Transformation and Smart Cities.

The MoUs aim to enhance governance and strategic cooperation in ICT-related fields, activate the ministry's digital initiatives, create a platform for smart parking and lighting solutions, as well as container management and other services that contribute to raising the quality of life.

The Ministry of Justice, in cooperation with the General Authority for Real Estate, is seeking to reduce irregular sales that take place through law firms or real estate offices, by issuing the necessary circulars.

The Ministry of Justice and the General Authority for Real Estate have agreed to work to limit irregular sales through law firms or real estate offices.

In 1436, the Ministry of Justice issued a decision to privatize some notary work in accordance with the provisions of the Judiciary Law, which authorized the minister to privatize it by a regulation approved by the Supreme Judicial Council. The regulation, which was approved by the council, included a number of articles regulating the assignment of agencies, notarization of sales and contracts to law firms and non-lawyers who meet the conditions for assignment, according to the articles of the regulation.
