The Sorting Real Estate Units program revealed that the number of real estate sorting requests in Riyadh city exceeded 4300 properties to sort more than 34,500 real estate units ranging from residential and commercial properties, indicating that Riyadh recorded the highest demand for sorting in the Kingdom.

The program explained that January of the current year 2022 was the highest demand for real estate sorting in various cities, as sorting requests increased to more than 36% compared to January 2021, which varied between real estate complexes, residential and commercial towers, buildings and residential villas.
