If we look at the real estate sector, which is considered one of the strongest economic pillars in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia—the second-largest economic market after oil in terms of strength and resilience, and to which more than 120 economic markets are directly linked, we find it to be a massive and diverse market with many paradoxes.
In my view, and based on my reviews, studies, and personal analyses, I believe that the real estate media sector is a promising market with an inevitable future, due to the market’s thirst and need for it—a sector currently suffering from a lack of such expertise and in urgent need of media and real estate professionals capable of handling market data, interpreting digital and operational behaviors, and effectively conveying information withhigh professionalism, create content, and deliver the media message.
Today, we see major real estate companies struggling with a lack of specialized media expertise and failing to adapt to the culture of corporate media and public communication channels, which must keep pace with new media by creating content that conveys their message to target customers and highlights the company’s achievements.
In my opinion, the future of real estate entities will be closely tied to the strength of their media presence, their message, and their history as a brand, just like major companies in other economic sectors.
