<Ewan International Housing Company, one of the leading real estate development companies in the Kingdom, has completed its preparations to participate in the (Restatex) exhibition as a gold sponsor of the event, which launches this evening and continues until April 29 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. The company is participating with a distinctive pavilion to showcase its achievements in its four current projects, namely Al Jawan, Ewan's first project in the northeast of the capital Riyadh, Al Farida and Al Mayar projects in Jeddah, and Limas Complex project in Jubail city.

Mr. Riyadh Al-Thaqafi, CEO of Ewan International Housing Company, expressed his company's pride in participating as a gold sponsor of the Restatex exhibition. Al-Thaqafi pointed out the interest of Riyadh residents in the Al-Jawan project, which consists of 345 villas that we are developing on an area of 140,809 square meters, in an area adjacent to major housing projects, as that area is characterized by a high demand for residential units, especially those intended for Saudis aspiring to own property.

Riyadh Al-Thaqafi stressed the importance of the project's achievements in the field of housing. <Riyadh Al Thaqafi emphasized their commitment to support the government's call for the private sector to play an active role in providing affordable housing units through the Al Farida residential projects in North Jeddah and the Al Mayar project, which we are developing as an alternative residential solution in a location adjacent to the Al Farida project. In addition, we will be introducing the Limas residential complex located next to the Al Hamra neighborhood south of Jubail. <Complementing its portfolio of projects, Ewan is also presenting at Restatex the Limas residential project, which has already started development as a gated community in Al Hamra neighborhood, south of Jubail city in the Eastern Province. It comes in response to the growing demand for housing in that area as construction work begins on a new industrial park.
