Under the patronage of His Excellency the President of the University of Dammam, Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Rubaish, the Department of Interior Architecture at the College of Architecture and Planning recently organized the Interior Architecture Day in partnership with Al-Jazeera Paints under the title (Paints and Colors 2015).

<This day is part of the university's role in spreading the culture of participation and cooperation between civil society and the private sector in the Kingdom, while the participation of Al Jazeera Paints in it comes out of its belief in the importance of building strong relationships and establishing strong programs and partnerships with national universities to complement their roles at various levels, including scientific research, which the company sees as the key to the progress of the industry, while achieving valuable additions to the development process in the Kingdom, and reflecting on society, development and progress, and promoting sustainable development, as well as an extension of the Saudi Paints and Colors Conference held by Al Jazeera Paints in KSA, which was organized by Al Jazeera Paints. More than 25 scientific experiments covering the themes of colors, sustainable green buildings and paint technology were presented on this day, accompanied by a set of activities and workshops for students and specialists in the field of interior architecture, as well as an exhibition of students and their scientific products. The presence of the (posters) hall alongside the lecture hall is a qualitative addition to this event, where 28 research and projects will be presented in the form of (posters), where department students and experts from the company will speak directly about their research.

<Al Jazeera Paints has adopted the Saudi Paints and Colors Conference in order to develop the industry, especially the paints industry, based on its firm vision of the need to enrich scientific research and the importance of exchanging experiences, bridging the gap between research bodies, industry and executive bodies in the field of paints and colors, and increasing community awareness in this aspect, It leads the paint market with its various innovations and provides integrated paint and color systems for construction that are globally approved and represent innovative solutions to meet the challenges when thinking about painting homes, offices and urban projects, and are in line with the modern trends in the world in the architectural world in terms of health, safety and environment.
