The Thursday Hills project, in which 641 housing units have been delivered, is strategically located in Khamis Mushait Governorate near shopping centers, less than half an hour away from Abha Airport and King Khalid University, and consists of 816 housing units on an area of 83,157 m2, and the project after its completion provides schools for children, commercial centers, mosques, green spaces, civil defense centers, police stations, recreational services and all infrastructure services.

The project is characterized by a strategic location in Khamis Mushait Governorate near shopping malls, and less than half an hour away from Abha Airport and King Khalid University, and consists of 816 housing units on an area of 83,157 m2.

710 residential units in Eshraq Living

The delivery of 710 residential units in the Eshraq Living project comes as a continuation of what was previously delivered within a number of projects under construction in Riyadh, and is expected to be followed by more projects delivered to beneficiaries during the coming period, within the framework of the keenness to enable Saudi families to own their first home and benefit from the various housing options provided by "Sakani".

The project is located north of Riyadh near King Khalid International Airport on a total area of 554,879 m2, and includes 2229 residential units divided into 3 different types of residential units (townhouses, villas, duplex apartments), built using precast insulated concrete technology, and designed in a way that utilizes spaces with privacy in mind.
