Specialized real estate reports stated that the total real estate transactions in Dubai during the past year 2022 achieved record levels of AED 265.6 billion, distributed over more than 97.48 thousand transactions.

According to a report by real estate brokerage firm W Capital, real estate sales grew by 78.3% year-on-year in terms of value against about 149 billion dirhams, and 62% in terms of the number of transactions, compared to 60.2 thousand transactions in the previous year 2021, according to the monitoring, which comes based on data from the Dubai Land Department.

December witnessed the highest monthly value of real estate sales transactions, historically worth more than AED 26 billion, the second highest monthly sales ever, after the sector recorded sales of about AED 30.8 billion last November as the highest value for one month in the history of the real estate market in Dubai.
