The project is an extension of Tilal Real Estate Company, in partnership with the private sector to increase the supply of real estate in Medina. The project is an extension of National Housing's efforts to provide vital communities with a distinctive and civilized character, as part of the continuous expansion plans to increase the real estate supply and provide housing units that suit the purchasing capabilities; with the aim of raising the rate of ownership of the first home for families.
