The Ministry of Commerce and <a style="color: #993300;" href="https://cma.org.sa/Pages/default.The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has announced that the new New Companies Law and its executive regulations are effective as of today, Thursday.

The Ministry and the Authority stressed the contribution of the new system in enabling companies to grow and expand, address challenges and keep pace with economic developments in the Kingdom at all levels, in order to achieve the goals and initiatives of the Kingdom Vision 2030 programs.

They also pointed to its role in regulating the provisions related to companies of all forms, within a unified legislative document, as part of their efforts to complete the modernization and reform of commercial and investment legislation and systems in the Kingdom.

<The Ministry and the Authority had previously clarified the mechanism of applying the new Companies Law, as an extension of their joint efforts to achieve integration and harmony in the application of the law, in order to contribute to achieving its objectives.
