The <a style="color: #993300;" href="https://www.therff.The Future of Real Estate Forum held a panel discussion titled "Urban Development and Humanization of Cities“ with the participation of Dr. Sumaya Al Sulaiman, CEO of the Architecture and Design Authority, Dr. Adel Al Zahrani, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing for Urban Planning, Dr. Khaled Al Suhaimi, Head of Real Estate Development Sector at National Housing Company, CEO of Roshan Group Sabah Barakat and Executive Director of Project Development at City Visions Holding Company, Dr. Ayman Al Welidi.
The panel discussion was titled ”Urban Development and Humanization of Cities” and included the following speakers. <Dr. Sumaya Al Sulaiman, CEO of the Architecture and Design Authority, discussed the specializations in the field of construction and infrastructure, noting that the role of the Authority is to promote the urban sector. <Dr. Adel Al-Zahrani, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing for Urban Planning, said:” The humanization of cities has become one of the common words in the real estate sector and comes based on the urban development system, which is an important and vital term that aims to make cities more suitable for human beings,“ indicating that every residential neighborhood in the Kingdom needs to be humanized to raise the quality of life.
Dr. Khalid Al Suhaimi, Head of Real Estate Development Sector at National Housing Company, discussed the work and preparations that National Housing is doing through urban complexes into humanized communities where all services are available.
For his part, Sabah Barakat, CEO of Roshan Group, spoke about the work done by Roshan and its unique way of providing a residential product based on humanization and urban development, indicating that Roshan seeks in its residential complexes to provide all the needs of residents, thus innovating solutions for smart cities.
The CEO of Roshan Group, Dr. Khalid Al Suhaimi, explained the work and preparations carried out by National Housing through urban complexes into humanized communities with services available. Dr. Ayman Al-Walidi, Executive Director of the Project Development Department at Ruya Al-Madina Holding Company, explained that humanization and quality of life in the approved urban plan is based on enriching the visitor's experience, adding that the project to be held in Medina represents 63% of open space, which contributes to achieving the strategic objectives derived from the Quality of Life Program to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
