The ceremony included a ceremony for the real estate brokerage system. The ceremony included information about the real estate brokerage system and the activities subject to the new system, in addition to a discussion session on the impact of real estate brokerage on the real estate sector.

The system covers seven activities. <The system includes seven main activities subject to its provisions: real estate brokerage, real estate marketing, property management, facilities management, real estate auctions, real estate advertising, and real estate consulting and analysis. The system aims to raise the quality of real estate transactions, preserve the rights of dealers in the real estate market, increase its transparency, reduce real estate disputes, regulate real estate brokerage and services, provide innovative and quality real estate services to beneficiaries, support the activities of real estate brokers and beneficiaries, as well as contribute to the sustainability of real estate assets.
The system aims to raise the quality of real estate transactions, preserve the rights of dealers in the real estate market, increase its transparency, and reduce real estate disputes.
