The General Real Estate Authority launched the name “Val Real Estate License“, for real estate licenses to practice brokerage activities and real estate services covered in the real estate brokerage system.

The authority's spokesperson, Tayseer Al-Mufaraj, said: "Val" is five licenses for the practitioner and a sixth license for real estate advertising, and is an official document that authorizes individuals and establishments to practice the real estate activity specified in the license.
He continued: The VAL license for real estate brokerage and marketing entitles individuals and establishments to practice the activities of mediating a real estate transaction between two parties in exchange for a commission, and marketing the property whether through advertising means or direct marketing in offices, exhibitions and others.

And continue: The VAL Property Management License is a special license for establishments that entitles the establishment to manage the financial and administrative affairs of the property on behalf of others, and the VAL Facilities Management License is a special license for establishments that entitles the establishment to manage the technical affairs of the property on behalf of others.
He pointed out that the VAL Auction Management and Organization License is for establishments, which is a license that entitles the establishment to take over the tasks of offering real estate for sale by public auctions, including electronic real estate auctions.
