We continue on a journey in which I am honored to meet my dear friends the readers of our dear newspaper (Amlak) for more than two years in which I tried to deliver correct information based on studies and science, and I ask God for success.
I started a series of articles (real estate terms) I provided a simple explanation of all the terms with their most important characteristics, features and definitions to reach the specialist who will increase and the non-specialist reader who will benefit."
Then came a series of newsletters.
Then followed another series entitled (Executive Director) which we conclude today with everything that the reader is interested in knowing about senior management in companies and institutions, the formation of the board of directors and its pivotal role in steering the rudder towards success and achieving goals, and we also talked about the chairman of the board of directors and the value he represents for the company internally and externally in the face of banks, authorities and all those who deal with the company.
<The General Manager had a share of explaining the importance of his role as an honorable mediator between the top management and the strategies, policies and objectives it determines and between the company's departments from defining the competencies, distributing them and following up on what is done firsthand with his powers to select and appoint managers and determine their salaries, incentives and bonuses, as well as penalties for those who fail.

Marketing Department: We fully explained the role it plays, how to study the market and write a general marketing study followed by an executive marketing study and how it relates to the rest of the company's departments.
Sales Management: In the same simplified manner, we explained how the sales department works and its formation, how to write a sales plan, why it is divided into stages, who has the right to follow up on performance, how the results match what was planned, and how to remedy the negatives if any.
Financial Management.
Finance Department: It was no less than its predecessor from the departments that greatly affect the accuracy and regularity of work and how to provide the necessary funds and deal with banks and official bodies to ensure the company's rights while fulfilling its obligations so as not to be exposed to legal and financial issues.
