AED 2.2 billion in Dubai real estate transactions in one day

real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department yesterday amounted to more than AED 2.2 billion as the department witnessed the registration of 391 sales worth AED 1.27 billion, including 39 sales of land worth AED 291.56 million and 352 sales of apartments and villas worth AED 978 million.

The most important sales of land worth AED 32 million came in the fourth Habibiya area, followed by a sale worth AED 23 million in the fourth Habibiya area, followed by a sale worth AED 22 million in the first Jebel Ali area. The most important land sales worth AED 32 million came in Habibiya IV, followed by a sale worth AED 23 million in Habibiya IV, followed by a sale worth AED 22 million in Jebel Ali I.

The most important land sales came in Habibiya IV, followed by a sale worth AED 23 million in Habibiya IV, followed by a sale worth AED 22 million in Jebel Ali I.

Habiya V topped the regions in terms of the number of sales with 11 sales worth 35 million dirhams, followed by Jebel Ali I with 7 sales worth 91 million dirhams, and third in Hobeya IV with 5 sales worth 67 million dirhams. In terms of the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale worth AED 58 million in Palm Jumeirah was the most important sale, followed by a sale worth AED 51 million in Al Ras and finally a sale worth AED 16 million in Jumeirah I.

The Dubai Marina area topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas with 69 sales worth AED 305 million, followed by Wadi Al Safa 5 with 28 sales worth AED 51 million and Al Barsha South 4 with 25 sales worth AED 24 million.

Mortgages recorded a value of AED 950.33 million, including 12 mortgages for land worth AED 44.77 million and 47 mortgages for villas and apartments worth AED 905.56 million, the most important of which were in the first commercial center area worth AED 220 million and another in the Dubai Marina area worth AED 195 million.

As for donations, 14 donations worth 28.56 million dirhams were recorded, the most important of which were in the third Umm Suqeim area worth 9 million dirhams and another in the fifth Thaniyah area worth 6 million dirhams.
