The various housing associations play an important and essential role in providing housing units for the neediest families in easy ways that achieve the principle of solidarity and utilization, as part of the general objectives of community housing associations, which made many categories of society wait for the fruits of these entities that are relied on a lot in finding a home and comfortable housing.

Housing associations have expanded their objectives to support the financially distressed on their behalf in fulfilling their obligations. The objectives of housing associations have expanded to support financially distressed people on their behalf in meeting financial dues with others; such as paying rent and related bills such as electricity, water and communications, furnishing the housing of beneficiaries, maintenance and restoration of beneficiaries" homes, and there are associations that go far by designing development programs that benefit the member and serve the community and move them from consumption to production.

This vital sector of the housing sector is one of the most important in the world.

This vital sector needs a lot of development and change of concepts from those in charge of it, as housing associations should contribute a great deal in pumping housing units for target groups and building new suburbs in cooperation with the competent government agencies, real estate development companies, financial and banking institutions and engineering offices, and through the survey conducted by ”Amlak newspaper" for this issue, we sought that most of the obstacles facing the associations are financial aspects, financing and payment of loan installments, so there must be a clear vision through which the beneficiary can draw the future for his housing, and not be like a firefighter, because the nature of the work of <a style="color: #800000;" href="https://tanmawi. Associations are based on joint teamwork, and under one administration; this alleviates many costs and eliminates some of them, and there must be additional facilities that distinguish the beneficiary and he prefers the association's programs from the various market products, especially since he is a participant and contributor in decision-making through the general assembly and his nomination to the board of directors.

Voluntary non-profit work in the financial world has a short breath, and its ambitions are as much as the contributions of members and the gifts and grants that come to it from some parties; so we hope that the boards of directors study the idea of introducing investment as part of the association's programs so that the dreams and ambitions of many do not die due to the scarcity and scarcity of association resources, and the matter must be done according to a system enacted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development with the competent authorities.
