«Property Registration». A paradigm shift

<The «<a style="color: #800000;" href="http://التسجيل real estate registration" system, approved by the Council of Ministers, achieves a set of goals, as it will save all changes and dispositions on the property, give each property a special deed number, link the location of the property with accurate spatial coordinates, and give the property absolute authority that cannot be challenged.
The system constitutes a qualitative leap for the real estate sector by increasing the reliability of real estate ownership deeds, increasing transparency in the accuracy of their data, and solving one of the most important challenges of real estate ownership, which is the duplication of ownership and overlap between properties.

This system enhances the real estate investment environment in the Kingdom by enhancing reliability and transparency, providing automated digital services for subsequent real estate transactions, enhancing transparency and reliability in the sector, and achieving the objectives of Vision 2030 in the development of real estate wealth.
The system provides legal protection for real estate, through land registration, and the legal status of the property allows anyone to conduct any legal transactions, such as selling, leasing, mortgaging or exploitation.
»Registration in kind« contributes to the elimination of multiple deed issues, as well as disputes related to ownership rights over a single property, and minimizes disputes over deeds, and disputes related to property boundaries.
The system aims to allocate a sheet in the real estate registry for each real estate unit, in which the unit is accurately described in terms of its location, area and nature, and the rights it has and the obligations contained therein.
The system includes the issuance of a real estate number and a title deed for each real estate unit, whatever it may be, to replace the current title deeds, which includes data and descriptions of the property, its condition, rights and obligations, and all real estate transactions that occur on it.
This is linked to geospatial information through cadastral elevation and geographic coordinates of real estate, to be the basis for the registration of ownership and consequent real estate rights in order to contribute to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its key enablers.
