Saudi courts have stabilized about 345 real estate endowments suspended by their owners during the past eight months since the beginning of the current year 1436 AH.

According to the Ministry of Justice, the General Court in Buraidah recorded 101 cases of stabilization, accounting for 30% of the total property stabilized during the period, while the General Court in Taif recorded 56 endowments, accounting for 17%, and in third place was the General Court in Al-Ahsa with 40 stabilization cases, accounting for 12% percent, followed by Tabuk with 30 real estate endowments.

According to the Ministry of Justice, the General Court in Buraidah recorded 101 cases of stabilization, accounting for 30 percent of the total property stabilized during the period. <The Ministry of Justice considers such cases as part of the rights cases at the Ministry of Justice, which are heard by public courts.
