The Sustainability Assessment Service for Residential and Commercial Buildings was launched through the Housing Program in 2018, which measures the extent of Sustainability of buildings through its application of services to improve the quality of life inside them, increase operational efficiency, minimize the damage of construction waste to the environment and reduce emissions to achieve the targets of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, God willing.
The Program contains a five-category rating of "Diamond, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Green"
According to the total points obtained by the project according to the evaluation criteria of each project. The aim of this service is to enable owners and investors to know and measure the sustainability of the project and the amount of quality of life in it and, on the other hand, enable them to reduce the operational costs of the buildings through the commitment to apply the environmental standards approved for the program if they are implemented on the ground.
