Foreign investors and residents own real estate in the Kingdom Matar Al-Shammari Foreign investors are entitled to <a style="color: #800000;" href="https://amlak.net.
A foreigner residing in the Kingdom has the right to own real estate for housing, but with conditions, including a valid residence permit, not being wanted for arrest and residing in the Kingdom.
They must also obtain the approval of the Ministry of Interior and have the right to own only one property and apply through the Absher platform.
As for citizens of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As for GCC nationals, they are allowed to own a residential property within the Kingdom and can own a maximum of 3 properties.
Also, the spouse of a citizen of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) is allowed to own a property.
Also, the wife of a Saudi citizen is allowed to own a residential property except for the holy sites of Mecca and Medina.
