Coordinate and unify all operations

The first phase of the program seeks to coordinate and unify all key processes, policies and procedures for common services, based on the latest accounting, human resources and supply chain practices, noting that the system provides comprehensive automation of the procedures of supporting services for the municipal and residential sectors across 17 secretariats and 268 municipalities in all regions of the Kingdom.

The Ministry explained that the first phase of the program, which was launched in the first phase, seeks to coordinate and unify all key processes, policies and procedures for common services. <The first phase of the project included building a unified general template with the participation of six secretariats, namely: (Riyadh, Jeddah, Medina, Hail, Najran and Qassim), where workshops were organized to develop design and adoption mechanisms, including unifying processes and systems and ensuring their harmony and coverage of the different requirements and business challenges of the secretariats and municipalities.

Providing financial statements and reports

The system enables users to work on the accrual basis of accounting, with the ability to provide financial statements and monthly reports on the cash basis, in addition to the accrual basis automatically in accordance with the regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Finance in this regard.

It is noteworthy that the system was previously launched within the Diwan Ministry and the Municipality of Madinah, covering 6200 employees, which represents an important step towards the success of the first phase of the project, and the launch of the second phase of the program was approved in the first quarter of 2024, which covers the deployment of the system across the rest of the secretariats and municipalities.
