Conditions of eligibility in Joud Housing Platform

The platform has clarified some of the conditions that must be met by those wishing to apply on the platform and the conditions are as follows:

• The beneficiary must be of Saudi nationality and must be registered in Social Security.
• The beneficiary must have an account in the Joud Housing platform.
• The number of family members of the beneficiary should not exceed 5 members.
• Must provide a statement detailing the salary received by the beneficiary.
• The beneficiary should not have a private residence.

• Click on the main menu.
• Click on Beneficiary Services and click on Confirm your eligibility.
• Enter your national ID number and enter your mobile number.
• Click on Verify your entitlement.
• Go to the beneficiary services partner associations and select the beneficiary's location.
• Select one of the partner charities in the area.
