The Saudi Contractors Association SCA launched the 4th International Contracting Conference, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al Haqeel, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center, which will run from February 26-27, 2024, in conjunction with the Big5 Saudi exhibition, which targets more than 55,000 visitors to the exhibition.
International Contracting Conference

During the ceremony, the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing launched the alliance platform to be a center for contractors to search and communicate with other contractors to develop a union between the two sides to complete projects in the best possible way.
The alliance platform aims to facilitate access to qualified and experienced contractors and save resources and time in selecting the right contractor for the project. The platform also offers different types of alliances, including joint ventures, framework consortiums and unincorporated consortiums.
The launch of this platform is part of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing's efforts to develop a consortium between the two entities for the best completion of projects.
