Riyadh led the number of real estate operations with 934.7 thousand operations, followed by the Makkah region with 34.8 thousand operations, while the Eastern Province came in third place with 18.1 thousand operations, then Asir region with 6.6 thousand operations, and in fifth place came Qassim region with 6.5 thousand operations.
The data indicated that the number of real estate operations in the Kingdom reached 1.03 million operations during the first quarter of 2023. According to the Ministry of Justice data, real estate operations included emptying, compensation, amendment of old deeds, updating deeds to the comprehensive system, in addition to merging properties, deeds, grants and mortgages.
