• VAL Real Estate Brokerage and Marketing License for Individuals and Establishments: It allows the practice of brokering a real estate transaction between two parties in exchange for a commission, and marketing the property whether through advertising or direct marketing in offices, exhibitions, etc.
• Val Property Management License is a special license for establishments: It authorizes the establishment to manage the financial and administrative affairs of the property on behalf of others.
• VAL Facilities Management License is a facility-specific license that authorizes the facility to manage the technical affairs of the property on behalf of a third party.
• VAL Auction Management and Auctioneering License is an establishment-specific license that enables the establishment to take over the tasks of offering properties for sale by public auction, including online real estate auctions.
