The General Authority for Real Estate called on those interested in starting real estate development works with the off-plan sale and leasing system in the Kingdom to apply for qualification and obtain the necessary licenses to practice the activity and comply with the controls, instructions and regulatory legislations that would regulate the real estate market and protect the rights of its dealers.
