Enforcement Center organizes 1800 auctions since its inception with a value exceeding 26 billion riyals

Hamad Al Masoud, Director of the Attribution Department at the Attribution and Liquidation Center (Enforcement), said that the number of auctions organized by the center since its inception exceeded 1800 auctions, with the value of the amounts recovered amounting to more than 26 billion riyals until the first quarter of 2024.

In a statement to Al Akhbariya channel, Al Masoud explained that the center has achieved speedy recovery of the rights of beneficiaries. In a statement to “Al-Ikhbariya” channel, Al Masoud explained that the center has achieved speed in fulfilling the rights of beneficiaries, pointing out that there is a great demand from businessmen and interested companies and individuals for the center's auctions, whether in person or online, which are organized under the supervision of the center in cooperation with partners from service providers.

Assignment and Liquidation Center

Established by a Cabinet decision in March 2019 as one of the National Transformation Program (NTP) initiatives, the Enforcement and Liquidation Center (Enforcement) is tasked with assigning liquidation and sale activities to technically competent private sector entities, and supervising the liquidation of assets from real estate, movables or estates that are assigned to it from judicial authorities, the private sector and individuals.

The Enforcement and Liquidation Center (Enforcement) was established by a Cabinet decision in March 2019.
