His Excellency the President of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judicial Council, Dr. Khaled bin Mohammed Al Yousuf, and His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and Chairman of the Real Estate Development Fund, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al Haqeel, signed yesterday two cooperation agreements between the Board of Grievances and MOMRA on the one hand, and the Real Estate Development Fund on the other. The two agreements aim to digitally link with the "Tanfeeth" administrative platform to govern the execution procedures at the Administrative Execution Court, and come as an extension of several agreements signed by the Grievances Court with other government entities, in implementation of the decision of the Administrative Judiciary Council, to submit execution requests to administrative entities through direct linkage and digital integration with the “Tanfeeth” administrative platform.
The Grievances Court is keen to ensure that the submission of execution requests to the administrative authorities through direct linkage and digital integration with the “Tanfeeth” administrative platform. The Board of Grievances is keen to complete the newly launched administrative execution process through direct linkage and digital integration with all administrative bodies, to facilitate judicial procedures and raise their quality in enforcing rights and achieving governance in execution requests in accordance with the execution system before the Board of Grievances, which reflects positively on achieving the goals of the Board in building effective quality partnerships and execution with an effective judicial guarantee.
