The Emir of Makkah, HRH Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, and Housing Minister Majid Al-Haqeel agreed to form a supervisory committee to support and follow up the implementation of housing projects in the region, represented by the Emir of Makkah and the Minister of Housing, and to form an executive committee that includes the governors of Makkah, Jeddah and Taif governorates, the Vice Emirate of Makkah for Development, the National Development Integration Center, and the Ministry of Housing, all working to achieve the desired goals that benefit the people of the region.

. <Prince Khalid Al-Faisal received the Minister of Housing and a number of ministry officials at his office in Jeddah yesterday, where the Emir of Makkah confirmed the readiness of the Emirate to support the Ministry of Housing in providing land for its projects in the governorates of the region to benefit the citizens of the region from housing programs. He also assured the Emirate's readiness to support the requirements of the Ministry of Housing in the governorates of the region, especially since each governorate has a comprehensive and approved development plan, as well as government departments, for which a plan approved by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs has been prepared.”
